Scientific Conferences

Milton Wexler Symposium

Held biennially, this conference brings together more than 300 of the world’s foremost experts in HD and other neurological diseases. For three days, scientists share their latest discoveries and explore cutting-edge approaches to research, sparking discussions of new ways to design and create therapies for Huntington’s disease and other brain disorders like Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and Lou Gehrig’s disease.

HDF Workshops

HDF workshops are designed around a scientific topic. We bring together a small, interdisciplinary group of early career scientists to senior researchers, including those in academia and industry, which allow for cross-pollination of ideas. We encourage brainstorming and exploration of new directions for research.

Young Investigators Program

An initiative to support early career scientists as they navigate their future. By providing resources, mentorship opportunities, and practical guidance, it is our hope to keep these bright minds working in the HD realm.
